Susanne Low & The Vibes

The Vibes is a foursome that began some fifteen years ago in Burlington comprising two pairs of spouses - Harold and Lucille from Guyana and Susanne and John from Trinidad.  The friendship of these two couples began on a tennis court and blossomed into a musical relationship.  They went from impromptu jam sessions at their homes to a full fledged band when friends started requesting them to play at weddings and private parties. 

It is a simple quartet comprising Harold's keyboards, Susanne's tenor pan, with John and Lucille on percussion.  They play dance music for Ballroom, Calypsoes, a bit of Latin, a touch of Reggae and anything that would get the dancers on the floor.  They have found themselves in the recording studio on four occasions and have emerged with cds that make for pleasant background listening or with an increase in volume could make any party rock.
