FOR VENDORS
Every year, thousands of people from across Southwestern Ontario, Canada, and North America visit Burlington's Sound of Music Festival, making it a prime location for vendors of all kinds.
To join the many other vendors who make up the Festival's unique marketplace, food and general merchandise vendors and marketing firms wishing to participate are required to complete, sign, and return the following documents by APRIL 30th, 2010:
- Signed application form
- 2010 Vendor Fee Schedule
- Electrical Requirements form
- City of Burlington Fire Department Vendor Fire Safety Acknowledgement form for all vendors and marketing companies
- Valid copy of insurance certificate with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance and naming Burlington's Sound of Music Festival as 3rd party insured
- Payment in full (no post-dated cheques; no refunds after June 1, 2010)
PLEASE NOTE: For 2010, we no longer require any Merchandise or Food vendors. However, we still have room for CRAFTERS in our CRAFTERS MARKETPLACE and Non-profit vendors.
